Visit the login page by navigating to http://timescale.ngrok.io.

Enter your company email address, e.g., brian.cobian@vbssys.com, and click Send OTP.

You will then be redirected to the OTP verification page.

Note: If your email is not registered in the Timescale database, please contact the service manager to request access.

Check your company email inbox for the One-Time Password (OTP) and enter it in the designated field.

You will receive this email from timescale@vbssys.com.

Click the Verify button to verify your OTP. If the code matches, you will successfully log in to the system. Welcome!

Note: If the code does not match, you have 5 attempts before being temporarily locked out for 15 minutes.

Once inside the Timescale system, log in using your workstation username and password.
